Tobias Conrad joins YIELDKIT as Chief Commercial Officer (COO) and Co-Managing Director

 

Hamburg, 2 February 2021 – YIELDKIT, a leading platform for content monetisation, performance and affiliate marketing, is strengthening its senior management team by appointing Tobias Conrad as CCO and Co-Managing Director. The positions were newly created after Waterland Private Equity acquired a majority stake in YIELDKIT in January 2021, with the view that YIELDKIT’s future growth can be accelerated through company acquisitions that fit geographically, technologically and product-wise.

 

As CCO, Tobias Conrad will continue to drive the company’s growth both economically and internationally and will also be responsible for YIELDKIT’s operational business. In addition, he will continue to expand the growth areas around commerce content and e-commerce and manage demand marketing. Tobias Conrad will be the third managing director at YIELDKIT, alongside founder Oliver Krohne and CEO Daniel Neuhaus.

 

Tobias Conrad brings to YIELDKIT his experience from almost 20 years in management positions in digital and tech companies. Most recently and from 2016 onwards, the top manager was a member of the Executive Board and Managing Director Publisher & Product Management at Ströer Digital Media, where he was also responsible as Managing Director for the subsidiaries Seeding Alliance and Twiago. Until 2016, Tobias Conrad was the Head of Digital at radio marketer RMS. Other stations of his career include management positions at Groupon, Axel Springer Media Impact, Vodafone Media Solutions and Xing.
