Business Analyst – Sales Operations (m/f/d)

Our team is looking for a Business Analyst/Sales Operations for our office in Hamburg.

 

Your Tasks:

  • You are driven by the operational development of forecasting and reporting tools as well as the optimization of reports and dashboards
  • You act as a project manager in interdisciplinary projects and take on business-analytically driven project tasks in an international environment
  • You are able to perform complex analyses
  • You further develop the existing data structures for the daily business
  • Analysis of technical and business processes
  • Supporting the project management in planning, implementation and coordination
  • Prospect into cold accounts or inactive companies to source new, incremental sales opportunities and pass them to account executives/salespeople
  • Analyze contact databases working with different Ideal Customer Profiles to find potential leads in different segments and countries
  • Identify highest revenue potential and highest close rates sources, segments and countries
  • Report on KPIs such as number of leads sourced, qualified leads, CR
  • Responsible for Yieldkit's CRM System (Pipedrive)

Your Profile:

  • You completed your Bachelor or master’s degree preferably in the following majors: Business Management, Business Communication or Marketing
  • First experience (1-2 years) in a similar position
  • First experience with CRM
  • Good knowledge of Excel/VBA and ability to work with big amounts of data
  • You ideally have experience in Tableau, Salesforce and Similarweb
  • You are a fast learner and have an independent, self-driven approach to work
  • You have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and interest in data-driven business models
  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient sales processes
  • Fluent in English and German
